Delivery is free of charge on all orders over €150 to the European Union, Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein.

All shipments from Alinka-Fashion depart from Spain. For international shipments (from Spain to another country), we contract the services of UPS (United Parcel Service).

For shipments inside Spain, we contract Spain's Postal Services: Correos de España.

Shipping time depends on the destination country


Where can I receive my order?

You may receive it at any address you choose, always provided that it is not a Post Office Box.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For international shipping (countries which are not Spain), the shipping period ranges from 2 to 7 weekdays from the date it departs from our warehouses (see chart).

The orders which are placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are usually processed on the following Monday.


In which cases are shipments free of charge?

Shipments to any country of the European Union, Switzerland, Norway and Liechtestein are free of charge, when the purchase amount exceeds 150€.

Likewise, if it is necessary to carry out a refund due to change of size reasons, the shipment from your address to our offices will be at our expense. However, this is not the case for the second shipment of the product with a different size from our offices to your address. This will usually cost €15.

This case is only applicable for the first change of size and when it involves a change of size in the same model of the item. We recommend that you verify the sizes in our Size Guide prior to placing an order.

The shipment expenses for returns due to delivery reasons of damaged and/or defective products shall be on our account if this fact is perfectly certified. For more details about this specific point, read the section about the Change and Refund Policy carefully as specified in the “Purchase and Refund Terms of the Alinka-Fashion Web Page”.

In all remaining cases, the shipping expenses must be paid by the customer. 


Shipment Preparation and Processing 

The preparation of your order requires 1 or 2 workdays, in addition to the specified delivery times. If the payment method that you have selected is by bank transfer, we must verify that the money has been properly paid into our account before processing your order.


Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, by means of "My Account" in the placed orders, you can view the status of your order.


Changes in the Transport-Courier Company 

Although Alinka-Fashion uses UPS for its international shipments and Spanish Postal Service (Correos) for its national shipments, we may change companies at any time if the shipping and/or economic terms make this advisable. We always aim to provide the best service at the best price for our customers.


Other expenses which could affect a shipment

The taxes/duties of each country may affect the order: import taxes, customs duties, taxes, services etc. Said expenses shall be on account of the customer. Alinka-Fashion shall not be responsible for said taxes/duties under any circumstances.
